At the 2013 NCAA outdoor track and field championships, Allison Devor set Monmouth’s hammer throw record at 190’10 – a mark that, at the time of her induction, still stands by a wide margin. Just two inches behind the national champion, it was the second runner-up finish of Devor’s senior year, as
she placed second in the weight throw at the NCAA indoor meet. Monmouth had a fifth-place team finish at the latter meet, the highest in program history.
In all, Devor claimed eight All-American honors, adding two fourths and placing seventh four times. Devor also holds the Scots’ record in the weight throw (62’2-1/2), an event in which she posted nine of the top 10 marks in school history. Additionally, she was among the Scots’ top 10 performers on both shot put honor rolls and the discus, ranking second in the indoor shot put.
At MWC meets, Devor captured nine titles and was a four-time Most Outstanding Performer.
