Box Score The Monmouth College women's tennis team dropped a non-conference match 5-2 at St. Ambrose on Tuesday. The match used NAIA scoring instead of NCAA scoring, making the doubles worth one combined point instead of each match counting as a point. 

Natalie Labicki (Antioch, Illinois) and Emily Laughlin (Milan, Illinois) won 6-3 at No. 1 doubles. The other two doubles matches went to St. Ambrose, who led 1-0 after doubles. 

Labicki won at No. 1 singles 4-6, 6-3, 10-4 and Laughlin won at No. 2 singles, 6-4, 6-0. The other four singles matches went to the Bees. 

Monmouth returns to MWC competition this weekend with road matches at Grinnell and Cornell on Saturday.
