Monmouth shattered the records and the Rams, posting a 17-2 win over North Central University Saturday afternoon at Zorn Stadium.

The Scots fired off 71 shots and
Chase Cranford netted six goals and five assists for 11 points – all program records – as Monmouth roared out to an 8-0 lead after just one quarter. Cranford had a hat trick in the first quarter and scored an assist hat trick by halftime.
Joe Incorvati added four goals – three in the second half – as nine different Scots scored in the blowout. Monmouth's defense surrendered just 17 shots – only eight on goal. After giving up a pair of second quarter goals to NCU, Monmouth tightened the defense and shut out the visitors for the final 33:05. The Scots dominated the statistics to 5-7 on the season.
