Box Score Monmouth banged out a dozen hits in a 12-7 slugfest win over Kenyon College Monday morning in Ft. Pierce Florida.
 
The Scots scored in each of the first three innings to back the starting pitching of Ridge Greenman who struck out six and surrendered six runs over six innings of work. Kenyon erupted for a five-run fourth, but the Scots got the runs back in the seventh when Grant Myers and Matt Temaner reached and scored to open the frame. Monmouth added four insurance runs in the eighth as Mike Dato and Max Garey drove in two runs each.

Bryson Sheppard posted a perfect 4-for-4 day at the plate while Mike Dato added three RBIs.
 
Monmouth takes Tuesday off before returning to action with a Wednesday twinbill against Lebanon Valley.
