Monmouth made quick work of visiting MacMurray Tuesday night posting a 3-0 win over the Highlanders.
 
The Scots fought to a 25-22 first set win and then cruised to 25-13, 25-15 wins in the next two sets. Led by Ali Gustafson's match-high nine kills and Riley Cook's seven kills on an unheard of .600 percentage, the Scots threw down 39 winners as eight players recorded kills.
 
Monmouth jumps back into Midwest Conference play this weekend with a Friday road trip to Ripon and a match Saturday at Lawrence.
