The Monmouth College women's golf team competed in the second round of the 3-day SLIAC Championships on Monday. The conference tournament is being held at Metamora Fields in Metamora, Illinois with the final round on Tuesday. 

Annalyn Lovell (Oneida, Illinois) moved up to 40th place with a +35 round of 107, two shots better than her +37 109 on Sunday. Lexie Campbell (Earlville, Illinois) remained in 42nd place with a +43 115 on Monday, one shot better than her +44 116 from the first round. 

With only two golfers, the Scots do not have enough for a team score. Grinnell leads the team event by 62 shots and they also had the top individual with an overall score of -4. 

Tuesday's tee times are set for a 9 a.m. shotgun start.
