Coming out of doubles play down 2-1, Monmouth nearly pulled out a come-from-behind win in Orlando Tuesday, but came up just short in a 5-4 loss to Colby-Sawyer College.

Joseph Shie and
Zach Harris took the lone doubles win, clipping the Chargers 8-6 at No. 1. The pair also accounted for two of the three singles wins.

Shie edged his No. 1 singles opponent 6-3, 7-6 and Harris took No. 3 with a 6-3, 6-3 score. Monmouth's final win came from
Andrew Shie at No. 2 singles where he outlasted Colby-Sawyer 6-2, 6-7, 10-4.
