Kara-Jade Gordon and the Fighting Scots netted a record number of goals in Monmouth's 20-14 win over Loras Saturday afternoon at April Zorn Memorial Stadium.

Gordon scored four of the first five goals in the game on her way to a nine-goal day, setting the program record for single-game goals. Monmouth eased out to an 11-7 first half lead en route to a school-record 20 goals. Leading 11-9 early in the second half, the Scots used a pair of three-goal outbursts to keep the Duhawks at bay.
Angham Jaradat added three goals as
Mel Fairand and
Kaelin Sommer added two each.

Monmouth returns to action Sunday in a noon matchup with Hamline to wrap up their three-game homestand.
