Box Score Monmouth never trailed, scoring the first three goals in Sunday's 14-10 win over Benedictine University at April Zorn Memorial Stadium.
 
Goals by Amanda Green, Lexi Tibbs and Tiana Cintron in the game's first three minutes set the tone as Monmouth rolled to a 7-3 halftime lead as Monmouth wrapped up a four-game home stand. Green netted a hat trick with two more first half goals and Tibbs followed suit with her third goal at the 4:10 mark of the second half.  Leading scorer Kara-Jade Gordon notched four goals in the contest, including the final goal of the first half. Monmouth also got goal production out of Devin Cross, Angham Jaradat and Aspen Chadderdon who each scored their first goals of the season. Chaddderdon also won a season-high 10 draw controls while Green, Gordon and Tibbs each added assists in the contest. Kaitlin Korf turned aside 10 first half shots to each the win in cage.
 
The Scots travel to Illinois Tech for a Wednesday match at 7 p.m. before returning home Saturday to begin a two-game home stand.
