Box Score Monmouth held Aurora to just five, second half goals, but couldn't make up the first half deficit in a 17-3 loss to the Spartans at April Zorn Memorial Stadium.
 
The Spartans scored a pair of quick goals  and never trailed against the Scots who got a pair of first half scores from Kara-Jade Gordon. Monmouth's leading scored found the cage in a three minute span of the first half to pull the Scots within 7-2 with 11:29 left in the opening half. Gordon then assisted on Alex Izquierdo's goal as Monmouth trailed 12-3 at halftime.
 
The Scots host Benedictine Sunday for a noon start at Zorn Stadium.
