Box Score Played in a cold rain, Monmouth battled the elements and Concordia Chicago before coming up on the short end of a 15-10 score at April Zorn Memorial Stadium.

Trailing 7-4 at the half, the Scots stayed within three goals until the final 15 minutes. Trailing 2-0 early, Devin Cross netted the ice-breaker for the Scots at the 23:30 mark. CUC gradually increased their lead, but back-to-back goals by Angham Jaradat and Kara-Jade Gordon trimmed the margin to 6-3 with 9:25 left in the opening half. Gordon and Jaradat finished with five and three goals, respectively. Gordon's final goal of the half with an Alex Izquierdo assist kept the Scots within striking distance at 7-4. The teams traded goals in the second half until the Cougars netted three unanswered goals midway through the final frame to pull away.
 
Monmouth concludes their home season Sunday with an 11 a.m. contest against Augsburg.
