Box Score It was a game of rallies in the rain Saturday at April Zorn Memorial Stadium where Cornell clipped Monmouth 14-9.
 
The Rams jumped out to a 7-1 halftime lead before the Scots posted a flurry of scores in the third quarter. Braden Cross and Thomas Van Alstine each scored hat tricks after Croy Seagren's early third period goal ignited the offense. Van Alstine's second and third goals came in the fourth quarter as the Scots knotted the game at 8-8. Cornell counted just two minutes after Van Alstine's final score with three goals to begin to pull away.
 
Ian Moles turned in a 10-save effort for the Scots who travel to Aurora next Wednesday before wrapping up the season at home on April 28 with Benedictine.
