The Fighting Scots return from Florida was a good one, rolling past Wartburg Saturday afternoon 7-2.

Monmouth took two of the three doubles matches to open the day's play. Dylan Wong and Saxon Day rolled to an 8-4 win at No. 2 while Joseph Shie and Zach Harris eked out an 8-6 win at No. 3.

The dominance continued in singles where the Scots took all but the No. 1 singles matches, winning each in straight sets. Harris dropped just one game, taking the No. 6 match 6-1, 6-0. Day turned in the singles' closest win, a 6-4, 6-3 victory at No. 5. Wong at No. 2 handled his Knight counterpart 6-2, 6-3. No. 3 Ronnie Griffin posted a 6-2, 6-1 win while Shie posted a 6-3, 6-0 win at No. 4.

The Scots are off until March 28 when they host Knox to open Midwest Conference play.
