Box Score Jerry Ivie scored his first career goal for Monmouth, but Elmhurst came away with the 15-2 win to even the Scots' record to 1-1.
 
Elmhurst put four scores on the board in the first quarter and added five more in the second before Monmouth broke the ice in the third quarter. The Scots broke the ice on Jerry Ivie's goal at the 1:54 mark of the third quarter and added another tally from Croy Seagren in the fourth. Goalkeeper Jason Kunath turned in a 12-save effort in the loss.
 
Monmouth hosts Concordia of Chicago Saturday at 1 p.m. at Zorn Stadium.
