Box Score Monmouth and Beloit put on a good show in Rockford Tuesday after Saturday's scheduled match in Beloit was postponed due to poor field conditions following heavy rain.

The Scots and Bucs made it worth the wait for the fans who witnessed two second half goals and doubler overtime in the 1-1 stalemate. Beloit got on teh boards first converting a penalty kick in the 63rd minute. With less than three minutes left in the game, Lucas Sondgeroth nailed an unassisted goal to send the game into the first OT.

Neither team could find the back of the net in the first extra session despite firing off a combined seven shots. The defense tightened in the second overtime as Monmouth's Duh Cem fired an early shot in the first minute but missed wide. Lining up for a free kick with two minutes left, Erick Hernandez nearly ended it, but the Bucs' keeper deflected the shot directed up the upper right 90. Beloit managed one shot in the final session, a shot that sailed wide in the final seconds.

The Scots host Lawrence Saturday at 3:30 for their home season finale.
