Box Score Freshman Rebecca Gallis scored 15 points for the third straight game, but the Scots fell short in a 79-43 loss at Ripon.

Gallis went 6-for-8 from the free throw line in the first half to enter halftime with nine points as the Red Hawks eased out to a 23-17 first quarter lead. Ripon then held the Scots in check over the next 10 mintues to take a 40-25 lead.

The Scots forced 21 Ripon turnovers, but were hampered in the second half going 5-of-31 from the floor. Ripon shot over 50 percent on their home court to offset Monmouth's 14 steals.

Monmouth travels to St. Norbert Saturday for a 1 p.m. matchup.
