The taller Ripon squad controlled the paint and the boards after halftime to hold off a stubborn Fighting Scots' squad. Early in the first, half
Keri Dodson's three  on the way to nine first half points would give the Scots a four point lead.

As the second quarter wound to a close, and the Red Hawks continued to own the glass, the Scots found themselves trailing by five at 31-26. Red hawk Maggie Oimoen totaled ten first half points and six rebounds.

Turnovers clipped the Scots in the second half, throwing the ball away 17 times. The Red Hawks managed to capitalize on the extra possessions, scoring 40 points off of turnovers and 17 points off of offensive rebounds.

Dodson finished the game with 14 points and seven rebounds.

The Scots (0-4, 0-2) wrap up their double header weekend with Beloit College. Tipoff is scheduled for 1pm.
