Box Score Monmouth held Lawrence to just 16 first half points to post a 48-36 season-ending road win in Appleton, Wis.

The Scots never trailed in the second half, taking the lead for good on a pair of Paige Nord free throws four minutes into the last half. The Vikings never recovered from a trio of 3-pointers from Tiffany Churchill and  a bucket from Ally Friday that pushed the Scots to a 38-28 lead with 9:45 to play.

Monmouth's defense held Lawrence to just 15-of-59 shooting in the game as no Viking scored in double figures. Churchill canned 3-of-6, 3-pointers for 11 points for the Scots while Kathleen Forrest led all scorers with 15.
