Box Score Monmouth handed St. Norbert their first Midwest Conference loss and pulled into a tie for fifth in the league after a 60-58 win in overtime at Glennie Gym.

The Scots never led in the second half, but hit the shots when they needed to stay unbeaten in MWC games at home. With the Green Knights holding a 52-45 lead with 2:14 left in regulation,
Paige Nord connected on a bucket-and-one and then scored on a layup on Monmouth's next possession to pull the Scots to within two at 50-52. A free throw from
Allison Collins made it a one-point game with 1:36 left. A St. Norbert turnover and two missed free throws followed. After a Knight timeout, Nord drew a foul and sand one of two free throws with :25 left to knot the game at 52-52. The game went to overtime when Collins broke up a pass in the final seconds.

Monmouth jumped out to a four-point lead in overtime when
Kelsey Walsberg drained a three, was fouled and sank the free throw for a 56-52 lead. A
Katie Houston three stretched Monmouth's lead to seven as the Scots held on by outrebounding St. Norbert in OT by a 2-1 margin.

Walsberg finished with a game-high 21 points on 4-of-4 shooting from the 3-point line while
Kathleen Forrest went 3-for-3 from beyond the arc for a dozen.
