Box Score Monmouth was held scoreless over the last 2:30 of the game and fell 69-60 to top-seeded St. Norbert in the title game of the Midwest Conference Tournament.

The Fighting Scots had battled back from a 16-point hole early in the second half, but couldn't quite dig themselves out. Back-to-back buckets by Jacquice Cooper fueled a Monmouth rally as the Scots went on a 15-2 run, pulling within three at 52-49 on a pair of Marla Willard free throws.

Jasmine Johnson gave Monmouth a brief lead, 56-55, with 9:08 left on a bucket inside before the Green Knights retook the lead for good two minutes later.

It was the fourth straight year Monmouth has played for the tournament title.
