Box Score Andrew Mathison pumped in 19 points, but it wasn't quite enough as Monmouth fell to Beloit 75-61.

Trailing by 10 early in the second half, the Scots rallied with a 10-2 run to cut the Bucs lead to 42-40 on Ben Friday's bucket inside with 13:22 left in the game. Beloit answered with a pair of free throws to keep the Scots at bay.

Free throws proved to be the difference down the stretch as Beloit canned five in the final minute to stretch the lead into single digits.

Ben Friday and Cole Jackson joined Mathison in double digits for the Scots. Friday posted 14 points and 12 rebounds while Jackson added 12 points.
