Nick Noskowiak joined the women's soccer program as an assistant coach in the summer of 2021. Prior to working at Monmouth College, Noskowiak worked with head coach Lucas Henderson at Bryant & Stratton (NJCAA DII) from 2018-20 as the head assistant coach. During that time, the program earned two playoff berths and a Region Semifinal appearance, 9 All-Region Selections, and pulled off two upsets over nationally ranked opponents.
His contributions to the individual development of student-athletes within the program, both on the field and in the weight room, helped a number of them earn opportunities to play at the next level in the NCAA & NAIA. Noskowiak has also worked with the soccer programs at Kettle Moraine and Eau Claire North High School, as well as Eau Claire United Soccer Club, over the past three years. He currently holds his USSF E License.
