2024: At the Illinois College Hilltop Invite he ran a 4:49.26 in the mile for a PB. At the Midwest Conference Indoor Championships he ran a 9:29.81 in the 3k for another PB. At the Illinois College True Blue Invite he ran a PB of 16:23.31 in the 5k. At the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Invite he ran another PB of 4:29.57 in the 1500. The following weekend at the Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships he ran a 34:08.30 in the 10k for a PB.

2023 Outdoor Season: At the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Invite he ran an all time best of 2:21.27 in the 800. At the Midwest Conference he ran an all time best of 38:17.09 in the 10,000.

2023 Indoor Season: At the Illinois College Hilltop Invite he ran an all time best of 5:06.98 in the Mile. 

2022 Outdoor Season: At the Greenville College Select Meet he ran an all time best of 16:47.09 in the 5000. At the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Invite he ran an all time best of 4:31.69 in the 1500. 

2022 Indoor Season: At the Midwest Conference Championships he had a season best in the 5000 with 17:48.25... At the Hilltop Invite he had an all time best in the 3000 with 10:18.61... At the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Invite he had a season best in the mile with 5:19.95
