2024: During the indoor season at Grinnell he jumped a personal best of 1.88m. At the Roger Haynes Invitational he ran a season best of 51.53 in the 400. At the Midwest Conference Indoor Championships he ran in the 4x400 contributing to a time of 3:24.34 for 1st. He also ran in the SMR and 4x200 for a 2nd and 3rd place finish. At the Thursday Night Special he ran a season best of 51.77 in the 400. The following weekend at the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Invite he ran a season best of 23.29 in the 200. During the Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships he contributed to the 4x400s 1st place finish.

2023 Outdoor Season: At the Big Blue Friday Night Invite he had a PR of 23.32 in the 200m. At the Midwest Conference he placed 1st in the 4x400 with a time of 3:21.42 and had a PR of 50.93 in the 400m.

2023 Indoor Season: At the Bumble Rumble he had a PR of 1.85m in the High Jump placing 1st at the meet. AT the Midwest Conference he had a season best of 52.21 in the 400m. At the Conference Meet he places 1st in the 4x400 with a time of 3:27.29 and 2nd in the SMR with a time of 3:38.98.
