2023 Outdoor Season: At the Illinois College True Bue Invite he ran a PR of 4:23.97 in the 1500. At the Midwest Conference he had a PR in the 5000 with 17:36.30 and another PR in the 3000S with a time of 10:24.30.
2023 Indoor Season: At the Roger Haynes invitational he ran a PR of 9:55.01 in the 3000. At the Illinois College Hilltop Invite he had a PR of 4:53.05 in the mile. At the Midwest Conference he placed 4th in the DMR.
2022 Outdoor Season: AT the Monmouth College Fighting Scot Invitational he ran a PR in the 400 hurdles with a time of 1:07.32. At the Big Blue Alumni Invite he ran a 4:33.12 for a season best in the 1500.
2022 Indoor Season: At the Midwest Conference Championships he ran an all time best in the mile with 5:00.89... At the Fighting Bee Invite he ran an all time best in the 3000 with 10:02.99
