Prior to Monmouth: State three years of high school for track, regional championship in basketball, semifinals in the playoffs for football in high school. Also was apart of high honors and honor role in high school

2024: At the Grinnell Invitational he jumped a PB of 1.78m in the high jump. At the Roger Haynes Invitational he ran a PB of 24.13 in the 200. The following weekend at the Illinois College Hilltop Invite he ran a  PB of 55.17 in the 400. At the Illinois College True Blue Invite he ran another PB of 11.97 in the 100. To end the season at the Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships he ran a PB in the 400 hurdles with a time of 58.44.
