2023 Outdoor Season: At the St. Ambrose Spring Opener he ran a career high of 11:26.26 in the 3000S placing him 2nd at that meet. 

2023 Indoor Season: Early in the season at the Monmouth Midwest Indoor Invitational he ran a PB of 4:53.38 in the Mile. At the Roger Haynes Invitational he ran a career high of 2:02.72 in the 800m.
