2024: Early in the indoor season he ran an all time best of 4:29.42 in the mile. At Grinnell he ran a best of 9:18.23 in the 3k. At the Midwest Conference Indoor Championships he placed 1st in the 800, contributed the 1st place finish in the 4x400, and a 2nd place finish in the SMR. At the Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships He ran two personal bests, one in the 1500 for a 4:00.07 and the other in the 800 with a time of 1:53.63 for a 3rd place finish. This run put him in 4th for the top 10 list for the 800. He also contributed in the 800m 1st place finish with a time of 3:20.87 for a season best.

2023 Outdoor Season: At the Meet of Champions he ran a career best of 1:55.63 in the 800m. AT the Midwest Conference he ran another career high in the 1500 with a time of 4:06.54. At the conference meet he also placed 4th in the 800m and helped with the 1st place finish in the 4x400. 

2023 Indoor Season: AT the IC Hilltop Invite he ran a PB of 4:33.78 in the Mile. AT the Midwest Conference he placed 4th in the 800 with a time of 1:58.50 a second off of his PB. He played a role in the 2nd place finish of the SMR and the 1st place finish of the 4x400.

2022 Outdoor Season: AT the Beloit Open he ran PB of 53.14 in the 400m. At the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Invite he ran a season best of 1:57.00 in the 800 placing 2nd at the meet. At the Midwest Conference meet he helped the team place 4th in the 4x400.

2022 Indoor Season: At the Midwest Conference Championships he had an all time best run in the 800m with 2:01.15 and helped the team place 1st in the 1600SMR...  At the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Invite he helped the 4x400 relay place first and run a season best of 3:29.8... At the Keck Select he ran a all time best of 4:53.37 in the mile
