Prior to Monmouth: Made it to the 2018 AAU Junior Olympic Games for the 4x100...Was recognized online with other high school girls during  senior year after placing 1st in three events at the indoor season opener...All-Conference Honor award for 2 years (given to a junior or senior with a 3.5 GPA or higher and went to conference)...Recognized for Student of the Quarter for art department...2-year recognition for high honor roll (due to having a GPA of 3.9)...Inducted into National Art Honor Society. 
At Monmouth: Monmouth College Dean's List for Spring 2021. 
Personal: Multiple family members have served in the Army and Navy

2023 Outdoor Season: At the Big Blue Friday Night Invite she had a career best in the long jump with 4.83m. In the same meet she placed 4th in the 400m with a season best of 1:04.59. At the Midwest Conference she ran a season best at 28.57 in the 200m.

2023 Indoor Season: During the season she had a season best of 1:04.54 in the 400m. In the triple jump she had a season best of 9.18m.

2022 Outdoor Season: At the Big Blue Alumni Invite she had a PR of 13.53 in the 100m. At the Monmouth College Fighting Scots Outdoor Invite she had a PR of 1:02.48 in the 400m. At the Midwest Conference she helped the 4x100 get 4th place and got 5th place in the 4x400 and 400m. 

2022 Indoor Season: At the Midwest Conference Championships posted a PR of 8.24 in the 60m, 27.46 in the 200m, and 9.93m in triple jump... At the Fighting Bee Invite had a PR of 1:03.52 in the 400m
