Monmouth College sophomore Maddie Boley (Beecher, Illinois) was among the listed qualifiers for the NCAA Division III Track & Field Outdoor National Championships. Boley qualified in the discus with a season-best throw of 44.55m. 

Boley won the discus at the 2023 Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships, defending her 2022 title in the same event. She is a four-time conference champion, winning the shot put at both the indoor and outdoor events this season. At the MWC Indoor Championships, Boley was named Field Performer of the Year. 

Boley qualified in the 19th position for the NCAA Championships and the top eight finishes at the event will be recognized as All-American. The NCAA Division III Track & Field Outdoor National Championships are May 25-27 at the Polisseni Track & Field Complex on the campus of St. John Fisher University in Rochester, New York. The women's discus is the first field event of the championships, starting at 10:30 a.m. ET on Thursday.
