Monmouth finished Year 3 with a record number of wins and nearly added to that total in the season finale, a 15-13 loss to the University of Northwestern-St. Paul.
 
The Scots rebounded from an early 4-0 deficit and took the lead at 6-5 on Kara-Jade Gordon's fifth of her game-high 10 goals with 1:36 left in the first half. Gordon's tally completed a 5-0 run by Monmouth. Amanda Green gave the Scots a brief lead in the second half when she netted the half's first goal off an assist from Mel Fairand just over a minute into the final 30 minute. Neither team was able to open a gap until the Eagles eventually took a two goal lead at 14-12 with 5:00 to play and held on for the win.
 
Monmouth ended the season at 6-10, the best finish in program history.
