Kara-Jade Gordon's 10-goal effort, the Scots pulled away in the final 15 minutes. Leading 9-5 at the half, the Scots couldn't open the margin until
Kaelin Sommer's unassisted goal at the 15:41 mark started the onslaught. Gordon followed just seconds later and drilled three straight goals in the span of six minutes. Sommer added two more goals down the stretch to finish with a five-goal game.
McKenzie DeVilder's goal with 5:33 left gave the Scots a 10-goal margin and a continuous clock. The Scots outshot the Bucs just 34-27, but put 27 of their shots on goal.
