Scots' keeper Nicole Neagle turned aside all 11 shots she faced in regulation to help send the game into the extra session. Held to just two first half shots, the Scots quickly got off a pair of shots on goal in the first two minutes of overtime, but were stopped by the Dutch's keeper.
 
Central ended the scoreless match in the 94^th minute when Lauryn Kramer scored off a free kick from 20 yards out.
 
Monmouth will open Midwest Conference play Saturday at home with Beloit. Game time is set for 1 p.m.
