Box Score Dubuque scored quickly to send the Scots to a 2-0 defeat in Iowa Saturday night.

The Duhawks scored in the third minute to take a quick 1-0 lead before the Scots defense coudl clamp down in the rest of the half. History repeated itself to start the second half when UD posted a goal just three-and-a-half minutes into the final 90 minutes. Monmouth wasn't able to mount much of a threat as the Duhawks outshot the Scots 16-8.

Nicole Neagle had a dozen saves in goal.
