Box Score Monmouth played their ninth game this season decided by one goal and this time came up on the short end of a 1-0 score with Lawrence.
 
A goal by the Vikings' Ryan Berkley in the 79^th minute was the only scoring in the defensive contest. Neither team mounted many threats in the first 45 minutes.
 
The Fighting Scots fired off seven second-half shots, four of them on goal, but none found their way in.  The Scots controlled large portions of the game before the Vikings scored the game-winner.
