The Scots were held hitless in a 3-1 loss to Carroll until Sons beat out a come-backer in the fifth. The play loaded the bases for Sommer Foster who deliverd a sac fly to score Woods with the Scots' only run. Carroll touched starter Alyssa Edler for all three runs on five straight hits in the fourth.
