Box Score Monmouth warmed up for next week's Midwest Conference Women's Soccer Tournament with a 5-0 blanking of Knox in the regular season finale.

The Fighting Scots scored twice in the game's first 11 minutes on goals by Lauren Kellen and Lauren Becker for more than enough scores to tally their school record-tying 11^th win. Monmouth's defense held Knox without a shot as goalkeeper Samantha Barranco logged her fourth shutout of the season.

After Alex Ivie knotched her first goal of the season in the 36^th minute, the Scots added two more in the second half, one each from Ryan McMaster and Kelsi Smith.

The win clinched second place in the Midwest Conference.
